న్యూఢిల్లీ: అంతర్జాతీయ అంతరిక్ష కేంద్రం (ఐఎస్‌ఎస్‌)కు చేరుకున్న తొలి భారతీయుడు శుభాన్షు శుక్లాతో ప్రధాని నరేంద్ర మోదీ శనివారం మాట్లాడారు. (PM Speaks To Shubhanshu Shukla) మాతృభూమికి ఆయన దూరంగా ఉన్నప్పటికీ భారతీయుల హృదయాలకు అత్యంత దగ్గరగా ఉన్నారని కొనియాడారు. ‘మీ పేరులోనే శుభం ఉంది. కొత్త యుగానికి మీ యాత్ర శుభారంభంగా నిలుస్తుంది’ అని అన్నారు.
కాగా, భారత వ్యోమగామి, ఇండియన్‌ ఎయిర్‌ఫోర్స్‌కు చెందిన గ్రూప్ కెప్టెన్ శుభాన్షు శుక్లా కూడా ప్రధాని మోదీతో మాట్లాడారు. ‘ఇది నా ఒక్కడి ప్రయాణం కాదు, మన దేశానిది కూడా’ అని అన్నారు. భారతదేశం చాలా అద్భుతంగా ఉన్నదని, మ్యాప్‌లో కంటే పెద్దగా కనిపిస్తున్నది తెలిపారు. అలాగే ఐఎస్‌ఎస్‌లో తన జీవితం ఎలా ఉన్నది, తన కార్యకలాపాల గురించి ఆయన వివరించారు.
మరోవైపు 1984లో అంతరిక్షంలోకి వెళ్లిన తొలి భారతీయుడిగా రాకేష్ శర్మ ఖ్యాతి పొందారు. అయితే 41 ఏళ్ల తర్వాత అంతరిక్షంలోకి వెళ్లిన రెండో భారతీయుడిగా, అంతర్జాతీయ అంతరిక్ష కేంద్రం (ఐఎస్‌ఎస్‌) లోకి చేరుకున్న తొలి భారతీయుడిగా 39 ఏళ్ల శుభాన్షు శుక్లా చరిత్ర సృష్టించారు.
