Cloudburst | ఉత్తరాఖండ్‌ (Uttarakhand) రాష్ట్రంలో మరోసారి మేఘ విస్ఫోటం (Cloudburst) సంభవించింది. శుక్రవారం రాత్రి చమోలి (Chamoli) జిల్లాలో కురిసిన కుంభవృష్టికి వరదలు సంభవించాయి. ఈ వరదలకు తీవ్ర నష్టం వాటిల్లింది. అనేక మంది గల్లంతయ్యారు. ఇళ్లు, దుకాణాలు, వాహనాలు ధ్వంసమయ్యాయి.

ఈ వరదలకు కొండచరియలు కూడా విరిగిపడ్డాయి. థరాలి మార్కెట్‌ ప్రాంతం, కోట్‌దీప్‌, థరాలి తహసీల్‌ కాంప్లెక్స్‌ తీవ్రంగా దెబ్బతిన్నాయి. ఆయా ప్రాంతాలు మొత్తం శిథిలాలతో నిండిపోయాయి. పలు వాహనాలు, ఇళ్లు, దుకాణాలు శిథిలాల కింద కూరుకుపోయాయి. ఈ వరదలకు వీధులన్నీ నదులను తలపించాయి. ఈ విపత్తు కారణంగా సగ్వారా గ్రామంలో (Sagwara village) శిథిలాల కింద చిక్కుకుపోయిన ఓ బాలిక మృతి చెందినట్లు అధికారులు తెలిపారు. వెంటనే అప్రమత్తమైన అధికారులు రక్షణ, సహాయ చర్యలు చేపట్టారు.
